Email support@codedominion.com from the email address linked to your NeuroAcoustic account. Use the subject line "NeuroAcoustic Account Deletion Request".
What to Include
- The app name: NeuroAcoustic.
- The email address or Google account used to sign in.
- A clear statement that you want your NeuroAcoustic account deleted.
What Will Be Deleted
After verification, we will delete or de-identify account data controlled by CodeDominion, such as account identifiers and app data associated with your account where technically available. Local data stored only on your device can be removed by deleting the app or clearing app storage.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, anti-fraud, tax, accounting, dispute, or Play Store purchase obligations. Subscription and purchase records may also remain available through Google Play and RevenueCat according to their retention requirements.
Processing Time
We will acknowledge deletion requests after receiving them and may ask for information needed to verify the account. Deletion is processed within a reasonable period after verification, unless retention is required by law or platform obligations.
