NeuroAcoustic is a wellness audio application operated by CodeDominion. This policy explains how information is handled when you use NeuroAcoustic, including account, audio session, subscription, notification, analytics, and support features.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as email address, display name, Firebase user ID, Google sign-in identifiers, and password reset status when you create or sign in to an account.
- Local app data such as favorites, custom presets, session history, onboarding status, theme preference, audio volume, balance, equalizer settings, haptic preference, and headphone warning preference.
- Purchase and subscription information processed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat, including entitlement status and purchase restoration state.
- Technical information such as device/app diagnostics, crash reports, analytics events, network status, and notification delivery data through Firebase services.
- Support communications you send to CodeDominion, including your email address and the contents of your request.
Permissions and Purpose
- Internet and network access are used for sign-in, subscription management, analytics, crash reporting, and service communication.
- Notifications may be used for app or session-related alerts when enabled by you.
- Foreground service, media playback, wake lock, and battery optimization permissions support longer audio sessions and media controls.
- Vibration is used for optional haptic feedback.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate NeuroAcoustic, authenticate accounts, save preferences, provide session history and presets, manage subscriptions, restore purchases, improve reliability, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal or platform obligations.
Third-Party Services
NeuroAcoustic may use Firebase Authentication, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, and RevenueCat. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Storage and Retention
Some data is stored locally on your device using Android Room and DataStore. Account, analytics, crash, notification, and subscription information may be retained by CodeDominion or service providers as needed to operate the app, maintain purchase records, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
